* Please note that there is a 3 day minimum between June 30 – July 5, as well as NO refunds or rain checks for reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance.

Dockage fee based on overall length of boat or length of slip, whichever is greater.
Weekly Rates

We offer 30, 50, and 100 amp (both single and 3-phase electrical service), as well as 100 amp-480 volt.

Policies
There is a 6 day cancellation policy.
If a reservation is cancelled more than 6 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 6 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable, but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded.
If the boater arrives and decides to depart early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.

Checkout time is 11 am.
Check in time is after 1:00 pm.
Please call ahead during regular office hours for after-hours arrival.
Summer office hours are 8:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Fall office hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Winter office hours are 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Pets are welcome.
